Public Notice for Award Decision of the Contract

National Procurement Directorate of the General Directorate of Administrative Affairs has contemplated on behalf of Da Afghanistan Breshna Sherkat (DABS) to contract the project of Procurement of Smart metering equipment (smart meter, LV CT, Meter box and cable) for distribution transformer, with reference No: Ref. No: NPD/DABS/1404/ICB/G-2557 after certain regular processes through facilities of National Procurement Directorate (NPD) with Shenzhen star instrument Co. Ltd (Star Industrial Park, Baolong Industrial City, Longgang District, Shenzhen, China) with total Value of USD 1,746,712 (One Million Seven Hundred Forty-Six Thousand Seven Hundred Twelve) inclusive of 7% local taxes such as BRT.
The Subject is publicly announced as per procurement rules. In case of any objection, people and entities may submit their written protest, accompanied by reasons, in accordance with the procurement rules, within 7 days of the publication of this announcement to the General Directorate of Administrative Affairs/National Procurement Directorate, Pashtunistan Watt, District 2, Kabul City, Afghanistan.

The notice does not mean signing of the contract, and the contract will not be signed until the completion of the above-mentioned deadline.
