Public Notice for Award Decision of the Contract

After certain regular processes through facilities of the National Procurement Directorate (NPD), the National Procurement Commission based on Decree No. 521 Dated 25 Feb 2025, has awarded the contract of the project: Procurement of Equipment & Software for Upgrading the Central Dispatching System, Digitalization and Automation of Stations & Substations required by the SCADA Department of DABS No: NPD/DABS/1402/G-37/IRB/Rebid, related to the General Directorate of Emirate-owned Corporations/ Da Afghanistan Breshna Sherkat (DABS) to Buloro Afghanistan with License No. D-40487, address: (11th Wazir Akbar Khan Street, Kabul, Afghanistan) with a total value of AFN 115,561,228 (one hundred fifteen million, five hundred sixty-one thousand, two hundred twenty-eight AFN).
The notice is publicly announced as per Sub-Clause No. 1 of Clause No. 43 of the Procurement Law. In case of any objection, individuals or entities may submit their written protest along with reasons, in accordance with Rule No. 84 of the Procurement Procedure within seven (7) days of the publication of this notice to the National Procurement Directorate, Pashtunistan Watt, District 2, Kabul City, Afghanistan.

The notice does not signify the signing of the contract. The contract will not be signed until the completion of the above-mentioned deadline.
