Director General of Administrative Affairs; municipalities are considered a major source of service to the nation.

On May 12, 2025, Sheikh al-Hadith Mawlavi Noorul Haq Anwar, Director General of Administrative Affairs, participated in and delivered a speech on the third day of a six-day training seminar organized by the Civil Service Institute for provincial and district mayors.

The event is underway in the conference hall of the Civil Service Institute, with the participation of Sheikh al-Hadith Mawlavi Noorul Haq Anwar, Director General of Administrative Affairs; Mawlavi Mohammad Ishaq Akhundzada, General Director for Coordination of Municipal Affairs; Sheikh Mawlavi Mohammad Taoos Tariq, Director of the Administrative Reform and Civil Service Authority; along with provincial and district mayors.

Sheikh al-Hadith Mawlavi Noorul Haq Anwar stated: The more the scope of service expands, the greater the reward and blessings. Every action taken to ease people’s lives and resolve their problems is, in reality, a reflection of sincerity, honesty, and humanity. Now that the opportunity to serve society has been made available to us, we must make the best use of it.

The Director General of Administrative Affairs added: Municipalities are a major source of service to the nation. Fulfilling the needs of Muslims and providing them with ease is not merely a duty, but a great act of worship. When a mayor addresses people’s needs with sincerity and honesty, he not only fulfills his responsibility but also helps strengthen the foundations of society.

The third day of the seminar began with the recitation of the Holy Quran and concluded with a prayer for goodwill.
