A house was handed over to its rightful owner

On July 8, 2024, the Directorate of Inspection of Houses and Properties under the Security of Emirate of the General Directorate of Administrative Affairs handed over a house located on 13th Street of Wazir Muhammad Akbar Khan to its rightful owner after a thorough inspection.

Mawlavi Lal Mohammad Mansour, an official of the Directorate of Inspection of Houses and Properties under the Security of Emirate, stated that due to the efforts of officials and after the inspection of documents, a house was handed over to its original owner and this process continues.

Meanwhile, Mohammad Umar Mohibzada, son of Mohammad Alam, originally from Kabul province and the rightful owner of the mentioned house, expressed his gratitude to the General Directorate of Administrative Affairs for the surrender of his house.

The Directorate of Inspection of Houses and Properties under the Security of Emirate, in coordination with security institutions, strives to hand over the rights to the rightful owners. After the re-establishment of the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan, the directorate has handed over approximately 146 houses and apartments to their rightful owners.
