National Procurement Institute Graduates 70 Individuals


During a meeting, the National Procurement Institute of the General Directorate of Administrative Affairs graduated 70 officials and employees of several ministries and agencies from a one-month procurement training program.

The meeting was attended by the Director General of Administrative Affairs, Deputy Director General of Finance and Administration, Head of the Office to the General Directorate of Administrative Affairs, and several other directors and officials.

In the meeting, the Director General of Administrative Affairs, Sheikh-Al-Hadith Mawlavi Noorul Haq Anwar, said that those employees who are well-trained in their profession can have many achievements in government affairs, and the Islamic Emirate values professional employees.

He also stated that whoever is entrusted with a responsibility in the system should be committed to national interests. Those who are committed and professional in their responsibilities benefit the administration and the system more than others and this is the reason behind the development and success of the system.

Qari Abdul Wali Siddiqui, Director of National Procurement, provided insights into the activities, achievements, transparency, and financial savings of the National Procurement Directorate during his speech. He mentioned that the National Procurement Institute had trained around 900 officials and employees in various procurement fields through face-to-face and online training programs in the past year.

Meanwhile, Mawlavi Muhammad Hanan Haqqani, Head of the Office of the General Directorate of Administrative Affairs, emphasized in his speech that officials must be committed and honest in fulfilling their assigned responsibilities. He stressed the importance of focusing on serving the people during official hours and refraining from spending that time on personal matters.

The meeting concluded with the presentation of certificates to the training program participants.
