An Apartment was handed over to its rightful owner
On April 22, 2024, an apartment located in Sheikh Zayed (Arbano) town, Kabul was handed over to its rightful owner by the Directorate of Inspection of Houses and Properties under the Security of Emirate of the General Directorate of Administrative Affairs.
Abdul Rasheed Qani, an official of the Directorate of Inspection of Houses and Properties under the Security of Emirate, explained that the apartment had been left without an owner after the re-establishment of the Islamic Emirate, and was subsequently sealed by the directorate. After confirming the identity of the rightful owner through inspection, the apartment was then handed over to him.
Muhammad Zahir, son of Muhammad Juma and rightful owner of the apartment, expressed his gratitude to the officials of the Directorate of Inspection of Houses and Properties under the Security of Emirate and to the county councilor of the 15th district.
It is worth mentioning that the Directorate of Inspection of Houses and Properties under the Security of Emirate works in coordination with security institutions to ensure that properties are returned to their rightful owners. Since the re-establishment of the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan, the directorate has handed over around 130 houses to their rightful owners.
