The procedure of the Directorate of Follow-up on Agreements, Guidances, Commandments, and Decrees was reviewed

Feb 12, 2023- The members of the committee for the review of internal legislative documents, led by Mawlavi Abdul Baqi Mansoor, Director of Legal, Legislative, and Judicial Affairs of the General Directorate of Administrative Affairs, discussed and reviewed the procedure for the Directorate of Follow-up on Agreements, Guidances, Commandments, and Decrees.

This meeting was held in the conference hall of the General Directorate of Administrative Affairs, where the procedure prepared by the Directorate of Follow-up on Agreements, Guidances, Commandments, and Decrees was reviewed and the participants presented their views on the issue.

The committee members had a scientific, legal and comprehensive discussion about the content, title, chapters and articles of the said procedure and marked a number of topics for change, amendment, removing, and increasing a number of subjects in the procedure.

At the end, Mawlavi Abdul Baqi Mansoor and the committee members decided to prepare the procedure of the Directorate of Follow-up on Agreements, Guidances, Commandments, and Decrees in one content and four chapters and amend all the remarks pointed out by the committee and should be presented to the next meeting.

This meeting, which commenced with the recitation of the Holy Quran, concluded with a prayer for goodwill.
