The bid-opening meeting of the two residential and commercial blocks of the 91-family was conducted

Feb 7, 2023- The National Procurement Directorate (NPD) of the General Directorate of Administrative Affairs conducted a bid-opening meeting of the construction project of two residential and commercial blocks of the 91-family area related to the Kabul Municipality, in the presence of the procurement committee and several bidders at the conference hall of this directorate.

Mawlavi Muhammad Yusuf Saad, the Director of Buildings Maintenance and Caring, said in this bid-opening meeting that he is pleased to meet each other in such a situation where a complete Islamic system is ruling in the country and now there is an opportunity to serve our country.

He added that the enemies of Afghanistan are seeking to harm us in the economic sector in addition to other sectors, but according to him, their efforts will fail with the collaboration of Afghan investors and investment in the country.

Additionally, he assured the participants of the bid-opening meeting about the transparency in procurement processes and asked the bidders to do their work with honesty and sincerity.

This meeting, which started with the recitation of the Holy Quran, concluded with a prayer for goodwill.
