Today, August 10, 2023, social and cultural affairs directorate of AOP IEA held a meeting with the deputies of the ministries of haj and religious affairs, information and culture and Kabul Municipality regarding the survey of a number of martyred mosques in Kabul.

This meeting that was held today in the meeting hall of AOP IEA, in which the professional deputy of the ministry of haj and religious affairs, Sheikh-ul-hadith Mawlavi Zar Muhammad Haqqani said that because of the implementation of the master plan of Kabul Municipality and the expansion of Kabul roads has result in martyring some of the mosques in Kabul.

Meanwhile, Mawlavi Habib-ur-rahman Mansoor, deputy of social and cultural affairs of Kabul Municipality said that Kabul Municipality is ready to implement its master plan in order to deal with the mentioned issue and implement the decree of Esteemed Amir-ul-Mu'minin in coordination with the relevant administrations.

At the end of the meeting, Mawlavi Ishaq Akhundzada, director of social and cultural affairs of AOP IEA, tasked a delegation consisting of the relevant administrations under the leadership of AOP IEA to examine the issue closely.
