Directorate of Assets declaration & Investigation of AOP IEA holds a coordination meeting with the Ministry of Economy

Today, on the 18th of July, a coordination meeting between the assets declaration and investigation directorate of AOP IEA and Ministry of Economy was held on the sustainable development of Afghanistan.

The meeting was held in the meeting hall of AOP IEA under the chairmanship of the Deputy Director of assets declaration and investigation directorate of AOP IEA, Mawlavi Muhammad Hashem Farhadwal.
It commenced with the recitation of the passages of the Holy Quran. After that, the representatives of the Ministry of Economy provided a presentation to the participants of the meeting about a program with the name of "Afghanistan's Sustainable Development Goals and Strategic Importance".

In the meeting, the representatives of the Ministry of Economy asked for the cooperation of the AOP IEA regarding the development of this program and added that based on the implementation of this program, Afghans will overcome the challenges of economic, clean water, health and social.

In regards to the request of the representatives, Mawlavi Muhammad Hashem Farhadwal assured them of full support.

It is worth mentioning that the Sustainable Development Program, which was launched by the United Nations in 2000, and Afghanistan became part of it in 2004 reaching the total of the countries that joined this program to 193.

The main goals of the implementation of this program are: no poverty; zero hunger; good health and well-being; quality education; clean water and sanitation; affordable and clean energy; decent work and economic growth; industry, innovation and infrastructure etc..

The meeting ended with a prayer for goodwill.
