A meeting led by Directorate of High Councils Coordination of Administration Office of the President finalized the amendments to the decree No. 305. The participants, representing Ministry of Refugees and Returnees, Ministry of Urban Development and Lands, Ministry of Agriculture, Irrigation and Livestock, Ministry of Industry and Commerce, State Ministry for Martyrs and Disabled, National Statistic and Information Authority and Kabul Municipality, also discussed further coordination for better implementation of the decree.
Mr. Shahpoor Zhman, director of High Councils Coordination Directorate, stated that the amendments to mentioned decree are brought through coordination with relevant entities and the decree is set to be submitted for H.E President’s signature.
Mr. Zhman also said that the decree has nine legal documents that contains eleven cases. Eight out of nine sections are already prepared and are to be added to agenda of the coming meeting of High Council on Water, Lands, Urban Development and Environment Protection for approval.
At the end, it was decided that all the SoPs and ToRs that have to be revised based on this decree should be shared with AOP during one week in order to facilitate the implementation of the decree No. 350.
