Director General of Administrative Affairs: It Is a Source of Happiness to Be Part of a System Trusted by the Entire Nation

On Sept 7, 2026, the introduction ceremony for the new Director of the General Directorate of Supervision of Decrees and Orders was held in the presence of Director General of Administrative Affairs Sheikh al-Hadith Mawlavi Noorul Haq Anwar; former Director of the General Directorate of Supervision of Decrees and Orders, Mawlavi Shamsuddin Shariati; former Director of the Military Court of Ghazni Zone and newly appointed Director of the General Directorate of Supervision of Decrees and Orders, Sheikh Abdulbar Haqqani; and a number of other officials and employees.

Addressing the ceremony, Director General of Administrative Affairs Sheikh al-Hadith Mawlavi Noorul Haq Anwar said that it is a source of happiness to be part of a system that enjoys the trust and confidence of the entire nation, its people and the mujahideen, who consider pledging allegiance to and obeying the leader of the system binding and obligatory upon themselves.

He added that every official appointed by the system to any position or place should perform their duties with complete sincerity and commitment, as officials carry out their responsibilities not on the basis of personal wishes or requests, but in accordance with their responsibilities and the directives of the system. He stated that with such sincerity and obedience, a person is also granted the divine support and guidance of Allah Almighty.

During the ceremony, based on the latest order of His Highness Amirul Momineen (may Allah protect him), Sheikh Abdulbar Haqqani was introduced as the new Director of General Directorate of Supervision of Decrees and Orders by Director General of Administrative Affairs Sheikh al-Hadith Mawlavi Noorul Haq Anwar to the officials and employees of the same directorate. He prayed to Allah Almighty to grant him success in providing better service and carrying out his duties with greater sincerity.

The ceremony, which began with the recitation of verses from the Holy Quran, concluded with a prayer for goodwill.
