Follow-Up Meeting Held on Implementation of Decree No. 17 of His Highness Amirul Momineen (May Allah Protect Him)


On June 15, 2026, the third follow-up meeting on the implementation of Decree No. 17 of His Highness Amirul Momineen (May Allah Protect Him) was held under the chairmanship of Mufti Ihsanullah Badar, Director of Media at the General Directorate of Administrative Affairs, in the office of the Director of Media and attended by Sheikh al-Hadith Mawlavi Noor Mohammad, Deputy Minister for the Propagation of Virtue, Prevention of Vice and Hearing Complaints; Mawlavi Mohammad Naeem Nasrat, Director of Planning, Evaluation and Analysis of Emirate Reports; and Mawlavi Mohammad Akram Nomani, Deputy Director of Media.

At the outset of the meeting, Mufti Ihsanullah Badar spoke on the importance of the comprehensive implementation of Decree No. 17 of His Highness Amirul Momineen (May Allah Protect Him) and called on the relevant institutions to present the results of their efforts in implementing the decree.

The Director of Media at the General Directorate of Administrative Affairs emphasized that the relevant institutions are obligated to explain every provision of the decree accurately and clause by clause to the general public.

Meanwhile, Sheikh al-Hadith Mawlavi Noor Mohammad, Deputy Minister for the Propagation of Virtue, Prevention of Vice and Hearing Complaints, described coordination among the institutions responsible for implementing the decree and emphasized that each institution should properly fulfill the responsibilities assigned to it.

At the conclusion of the meeting, it was decided that the Departments of Invitation and Guidance within the institutions should incorporate the contents of the decree into their educational programs. It was also emphasized that Decree No. 17 of His Highness Amirul Momineen (May Allah Protect Him) should be distributed to and explained by all preachers so that its contents may be conveyed to the public accurately and comprehensively.

The meeting began with the recitation of verses from the Holy Quran and concluded with a prayer for goodwill.
