Bid Opening of Two Properties of General Directorate of Administrative Affairs Held

On May 6, 2026, the bid-opening meeting for two properties of the General Directorate of Administrative Affairs was held under the leadership of Mawlavi Mohammad Sadiq Akif, Director of Cabinet and High Commissions Coordination and Head of the Committee for Contracting Out the Properties of the General Directorate of Administrative Affairs.

The meeting was held in the conference hall of the General Directorate of Administrative Affairs, with the participation of committee members and representatives of bidding companies, in order to lease 43 barracks related to the Islamic Culture Center in Ghazni Province, as well as the pedestrian pathway inside the Shaheed Malim Awal Gul Sports Stadium in Jalalabad city.

During the bid-opening meeting, Mawlavi Mohammad Sadiq Akif assured the participants of the transparency of the process and stated that the bids would be opened in the presence of all company representatives and that no one’s rights would be violated.

He also stated that all institutions of the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan are free from any form of bias, and that a spirit of unity prevails within them. He added that any system with such an approach will undoubtedly progress and achieve its goals.

The bid-opening meeting began with the recitation of verses from the Holy Quran and concluded with a prayer for goodwill.
