Workshop on Results-Based Annual and Quarterly Planning and Reporting Held

On April 14, 2026, the Directorate of Planning, Evaluation, and Analysis of Emirate Reports at the General Directorate of Administrative Affairs held a workshop for the General Directorate of Emirate-Owned Companies and its related institutions on results-based annual and quarterly planning and reporting.

The workshop, held in the conference hall of the General Directorate of Administrative Affairs, was chaired by Mawlavi Nazir Ahmad Nasari, Deputy Director General for Policy at the General Directorate of Administrative Affairs, and was attended by Mawlavi Naeem Nusrat and representatives of the General Directorate of Emirate-Owned Companies.

During the workshop, Mawlavi Nazir Ahmad Nasari spoke about the importance of developing annual and quarterly plans. He emphasized that planning not only benefits institutional work but also helps in organizing personal affairs.

He further added that, through proper planning, institutions can effectively organize their activities in a timely manner, identify challenges, and take the necessary steps to address them.

Similarly, Mawlavi Naeem Nusrat, Director of Planning, Evaluation, and Analysis of Emirate Reports at the General Directorate of Administrative Affairs, also emphasized the importance of planning in his remarks. He noted that a well-organized and precise plan contributes to better implementation, effective evaluation, and enhanced transparency in administrative processes.

He urged the participants, in accordance with the order of His Highness Amir al-Mu’minin (may Allah preserve him), to prepare reports on the activities of their respective ministries and institutions and submit them to the General Directorate of Administrative Affairs so that they may be presented to His Highness.

The workshop, which began with the recitation of verses from the Holy Quran, concluded with a prayer for goodwill.
