Bid-Opening Held for Properties Affiliated with General Directorate of Administrative Affairs


On April 7, 2026, the bid-opening meeting for the Moshtaraka Land belonging to the General Directorate of Administrative Affairs was held under the leadership of Mawlavi Mohammad Sadiq Akif, Director of Cabinet and High Commissions Affairs and head of the committee, with the participation of committee members and representatives of tendering companies.

At the beginning of the meeting, the Director of Cabinet and High Commissions Affairs and committee head stated that the process would be conducted with full transparency and urged the participants to act with sincerity and pure intentions for the benefit of the system, the people, and the development of the country.

Representatives of the tendering companies expressed their satisfaction with the process and assured that, if declared winners, they would carry out all activities according to the terms and conditions and remain committed to all principles until the completion of the project.

Subsequently, the committee, in the presence of representatives from the tendering companies, carried out the bid opening, resulting in Azam Irfan Construction and Commercial Company emerging as the winner with an investment of 3.5 million USD. The project is expected to be completed within 10 to 15 years and will generate an annual profit of 8,520,000 AFN for the Islamic Emirate.

It should be mentioned that the land is located in the 14th precinct of Paghman District, Kabul, with a total area of approximately 16 jeribs.

The meeting, which began with the recitation of the verses from the Holy Quran, concluded with a prayer for goodwill.
