Signing Ceremony for Construction Permit Issuance Process Held Between General Directorate of Administrative Affairs and Kabul Municipality
On April 7, 2026, a signing ceremony for the construction permit issuance process was held between the Administrative Reform and Civil Service Authority of the General Directorate of Administrative Affairs and Kabul Municipality, with the participation of the Director General of Administrative Affairs, Sheikh al-Hadith Mawlavi Noorul Haq Anwar, Kabul Mayor Mawlavi Abdur Rasheed Baloch, the Director of Administrative Reform and Civil Service, and several other directors and officials.
The Director General of Administrative Affairs stated that if there had been any intention of corruption within the Islamic Emirate, the process of simplification would not have been carried out. The relevant institutions of the Islamic Emirate understand the importance of simplification and continuously work to streamline complex procedures.
Sheikh al-Hadith Mawlavi Noorul Haq added that in the past few decades, there were numerous difficulties, some of which were even established as projects. However, the sense of simplification among officials is growing stronger day by day. This process requires strict supervision, as facilitating ease for the people is an important principle of Islam.
Furthermore, the Director General of Administrative Affairs emphasized that this agreement is good news for all citizens, especially those in need, and its implementation will bring about numerous conveniences.
The signing ceremony, which commenced with the recitation of verses from the Holy Quran, concluded with a prayer for goodwill.
