Mawlavi Saifuddin Taieb Participates in Introduction Ceremony of New Ministers of Rural Rehabilitation and Development and Energy and Water

On January 14, 2026, Mawlavi Saifuddin Taieb, Deputy Director General for Coordination of Emirate Affairs at the General Directorate of Administrative Affairs, participated and delivered speeches at two separate introduction ceremonies for Mullah Abdul Latif Mansour, newly appointed Minister of Rural Rehabilitation and Development, and Mullah Mohammad Younas Akhundzada, newly appointed Minister of Energy and Water.

The ceremonies were held with the participation of a number of senior officials of the Islamic Emirate, where Mawlavi Saifuddin Taieb first recited the decree of His Highness Amir al-Mu’minin (may Allah protect him) regarding the appointments and spoke about supporting the religion of Allah, obedience to divine commands, avoidance of prohibitions, and loyalty to the Islamic system.

He called on the newly appointed ministers to manage the affairs of their respective ministries with sound leadership and strong commitment, and to carry out their responsibilities in the best possible manner. He emphasized that both ministers are among the trusted figures of the Islamic system and possess strong and distinguished records in their respective fields.

It is worth noting that the newly appointed ministers also expressed their gratitude for the trust placed in them by the leadership of the Islamic Emirate and assured that they would take concrete and effective steps toward strengthening the Islamic system and advancing the development of the country by making full use of domestic capacities.

The ceremonies began with the recitation of verses from the Holy Qur’an and concluded with prayers for goodwill.
