Coordination Meeting Held to Establish a Single Unit and Simplify Administrative Correspondence


On December 3, 2025, a coordination meeting to establish a single unit (one-stop shop) and to simplify administrative correspondence was held under the chairmanship of Mawlavi Abdul Bari Atif, Deputy Director General for Policy of Emirate at the General Directorate of Administrative Affairs, with the participation of Qari Wafiullah Wafa, Director of the Administrative Reform and Civil Service Authority, chiefs of staff of ministries and Emirate institutions, and officials of the Directorate of Process Simplification, in the conference hall of the Administrative Reform and Civil Service Authority.

Mawlavi Abdul Bari Atif stated in the meeting that this program is supported by the leadership of the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan and is highly effective. He emphasized that it must be fully and effectively implemented in all institutions to provide necessary facilities for the clients.

Qari Wafiullah Wafa, while welcoming the participants, said that this meeting is held to create greater convenience for the people and clients. He added that since the re-establishment of the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan, the Directorate of Process Simplification has simplified 928 lengthy, complex, and client-oriented procedures.

Additionally, participants were provided with information about the methods and procedures for simplifying administrative processes. The central information system for personnel affairs (CPA_MIS) was also explained in a separate presentation for the chiefs of staff of ministries and Emirate institutions.

In conclusion, the chiefs of staff presented their views and suggestions regarding accelerating the simplification process and establishing a special committee in every ministry and institution. They welcomed the initiative, expressed their support, and assured its comprehensive implementation.

The meeting, which began with the recitation of the verses from the Holy Quran, ended with a prayer for goodwill.
