Apartment Handed Over to Its Legitimate Owner in Kabul’s 6th District

On December 2, 2025, the Directorate of Inspection of Houses and Properties under the Security of Emirate at the General Directorate of Administrative Affairs, after reviewing the documents, handed over an apartment located in Char Qala, Chahardi of Kabul’s 6th District to its legitimate owner, in the presence of the wakil-e-gozar (locally elected representative) and security officials.

Mawlavi Lal Mohammad Burhani, one of the officials of the mentioned directorate, said during the handover that the apartment had been sealed by the officials of the Directorate of Inspection of Houses and Properties under the Security of Emirate in order to safeguard the belongings inside and prevent usurpation. After the verification of documents and confirmation of ownership, it was handed over to the true owner.

Bibi Adila, daughter of Mohammad Akbar Khan and a resident of Char Qala, Chahardi, expressed her gratitude to the officials of the directorate for helping her regain her apartment.

It is worth mentioning that the Directorate of Inspection of Houses and Properties under the Security of Emirate, in coordination with security officials, has so far handed over dozens of houses and apartments to their actual owners after verification of documents and investigation, and this process is ongoing.
