A house in Kabul’s 10th district handed over to its legitimate owner
On November 23, 2025, the Directorate of Inspection of Houses and Properties under the Security of Emirate at the General Directorate of Administrative Affairs, after reviewing all relevant documents, handed over a two-story house, located in Shuhada Intersection of Shahr-e-Naw, 10th District of Kabul, to the legal representative of its rightful owner in the presence of the locally elected representative (Wakil-e-Guzar) of the area and security officials.
Mawlavi Lal Mohammad Burhani, an official of the Directorate of Inspection of Houses and Properties under the Security of Emirate, stated during the handover that the property had been usurped by irresponsible individuals four years ago. The original owner had been living abroad, and her legal representative had filed a request with the directorate for the restoration of the property. After the verification and confirmation of the ownership documents, the house was formally handed over to legal representative of the legitimate owner.
Abdul Satar, son of Abdul Jabar and the legal representative of Bibi Nasreen, daughter of Haji Mohammad Afzal, expressed his gratitude to the officials of the Directorate of Inspection of Houses and Properties under the Security of Emirate for their efforts in returning the house.
It is worth mentioning that the Directorate of Inspection of Houses and Properties under the Security of Emirate, in coordination with security officials, has so far handed over dozens of houses and apartments to their lawful owners after verifying their documents, and this process continues.
