Bid-Opening Meeting for Kolola Pushta Property Project Held

On November 12, 2025, the Committee for Awarding the Property Contracts of the General Directorate of Administrative Affairs to the Private Sector held the bid-opening meeting for the Kolola Pushta Property Project in the presence of committee members, the bid-opening delegation, and representatives of the bidding companies.

The meeting, held in the conference hall of the Marmarin Palace at the General Directorate of Administrative Affairs, was attended by Mawlavi Mohammad Sadiq Akif, Director of Cabinet Affairs Coordination and the High Commission at the General Directorate of Administrative Affairs, and head of the mentioned committee, where he stated that their objective is to serve the people, increase Bayt al-Mal revenue, and protect public properties so that the budget is spent properly and facilities are created for citizens.

Mr. Akif assured the participants that the bid-opening process is conducted transparently and called on the bidding companies to implement the project properly and in full accordance with the terms and conditions.

Meanwhile, representatives of the bidding companies expressed appreciation for the transparency of the bid-opening processes, adding that they have full confidence in the procurement institutions of the Islamic Emirate and that no one’s rights are violated in these procedures.

The meeting, which began with the recitation of verses from the Holy Quran, concluded with a prayer for goodwill.
