Apartment in First Macroryan of Kabul Handed Over to its Legitimate Owner

On October 26, 2025, the Directorate of Inspection of Houses and Properties under the Security of Emirate at the General Directorate of Administrative Affairs, after verifying the documents, handed over an apartment located in the First Macroryan, 16th District of Kabul, to the legal representative of its rightful owner in the presence of local security officials.

Mawlavi Lal Mohammad Burhani, one of the officials of the directorate, said during the handover that the apartment had been sealed three years ago by the directorate to prevent usurpation and to safeguard its belongings. After the documents were confirmed and verified, it was handed over to the legal representative of the rightful owner.

Abdul Qadir Masoodi, the legal representative of Aziz Ahmad, son of Fazal Ahmad, originally from Kunar Province and the legitimate owner of the apartment, expressed his gratitude to the Directorate of Inspection of Houses and Properties under the Security of Emirate for returning the apartment.

It is worth mentioning that the Directorate of Inspection of Houses and Properties under the Security of Emirate, in coordination with the relevant institutions, has so far returned dozens of houses and apartments to their rightful owners, and this process continues.
