General Directorate of Administrative Affairs launches new electronic scheduling system to facilitate its clients


On September 22, 2025, a meeting was held in the conference hall of the General Directorate of Administrative Affairs, chaired by Mufti Mohammad Hussain Kawsari, Director of Information Technology, with the participation of the Deputy Director of Defense and Security, as well as officials and employees from various directorates, to officially launch a new electronic scheduling system for clients.

Welcoming the participants, the Director of Information Technology stated that the activation of this system will help overcome many challenges. It will reduce waiting times for clients and guests, accelerate work processes, and minimize paper usage.

He further emphasized that, in coordination with the Defense and Security Directorate, all security and technical aspects of the system have been carefully addressed to ensure a precise and reliable process. Following this, the technical team delivered a detailed presentation to the employees on the system’s functions and benefits.

The meeting began with the recitation of verses from the Holy Quran and concluded with a prayer for goodwill.
