House in Fourth District of Kabul Handed Over to Its Legitimate Owner
On September 21, 2025, the Directorate of Inspection of Houses and Properties under the Security of Emirate of the General Directorate of Administrative Affairs, handed over a house located in the Lab Jar area of the Fourth District of Kabul to its rightful owner, in the presence of the neighborhood representative and local security officials.
Mawlavi Lal Mohammad Burhani, one of the officials of this directorate, said that for the past four years the house had been safeguarded by a mujahid so that no harm would come to it. The rightful owner, who had been living abroad, has now returned to the country. After reviewing and verifying the documents of the house, the Directorate of Inspection of Houses and Properties under the Security of Emirate, with the cooperation of security officials and the neighborhood representative, handed it over to its legitimate owner.
Haji Ahmad Fareed, son of Abdul Bashir, a resident of Kabul Province and brother of Bibi Haji Fariba, the rightful owner of the house, expressed his gratitude to the Directorate of Inspection of Houses and Properties under the Security of Emirate. He said: “The house was safeguarded by the mujahideen of the Islamic Emirate. We submitted a request to the Directorate of Inspection of Houses and Properties under the Security of Emirate, and after their review, the house was returned to us.”
It is worth mentioning that the Directorate of Inspection of Houses and Properties under the Security of Emirate, in coordination with relevant institutions, has so far returned dozens of houses and apartments to their rightful owners after the verification of documents, and this process is ongoing.
