On August 17, 2025, the former Director of Industrial Parks at the Ministry of Industry and Commerce, Qari Abdul Majid Qiyam, who was appointed as the Statistics Deputy of the National Statistics and Information Authority by the order of His Highness Amir al-Mu'minin, Haifzahullah Ta'ala, was officially introduced by the Deputy Director General for Coordination of Emirate Affairs, Mawlavi Saifuddin Taieb, during a formal ceremony.

The ceremony took place in the conference hall of the National Statistics and Information Authority, with the participation of Mawlavi Saifuddin Taieb, Deputy Director General for Coordination of Emirate Affairs, the Financial and Administrative Deputy of the National Statistics and Information Authority, the Statistics Deputy of the National Statistics and Information Authority, as well as officials from the Ministries of Interior and Finance.

In his remarks, Mawlavi Saifuddin Taieb stated that Muslims are obligated to obey the commands of Allah Almighty and His Messenger (PBUH). According to him, when a leader issues a sharia-based order, the people must obey it. He added that those serving within the structure of the Islamic Emirate must embody Prophetic morals in their character.

Meanwhile, Qari Abdul Majid Qiyam, in his speech, expressed gratitude for the major responsibility entrusted to him by His Highness Amir al-Mu'minin, Haifzahullah Ta'ala. He said that the responsibility assigned to him is very great and prayed for the support and guidance of Allah Almighty in fulfilling it in the best manner.

It is worth mentioning that prior to this new appointment, Qari Abdul Majid Qiyam served as the Director of Industrial Parks at the Ministry of Industry and Commerce.

The ceremony, which commenced with the recitation of verses from the Holy Quran, concluded with a prayer for goodwill.
