Apartment Handed Over to Its Legitimate Owner in Fourth Macroyan

On August 17, 2025, the Directorate of Inspection of Houses and Properties under the Security of Emirate at the General Directorate of Administrative Affairs handed over an apartment located in Block 18, Fourth Macroyan, District 9 of Kabul, to the representative of its rightful owner, in the presence of the neighborhood representative and local security officials, following a comprehensive review of the documents.

Mawlavi Lal Mohammad Burhani, an official of the directorate, stated: “After inspection, it was determined that the true owner of the apartment is not currently in the country. To prevent misuse and safeguard the property, the apartment had previously been sealed. Now, after verification of ownership, it has been handed over to the legal representative of the rightful owner.”

Abdul Ahad Samad, son of Abdul Samad and legal representative of Dr. Abdul Aziz, son of Ali Ahmad, the resident of Kabul and owner of the apartment, expressed his gratitude to the directorate, saying: “I am pleased that the officials of this directorate, after thorough inspection and verification of ownership, have returned the apartment to us.”

It is worth mentioning that the Directorate of Inspection of Houses and Properties under the Security of Emirate, in coordination with relevant institutions, has so far returned dozens of houses and apartments to their rightful owners after inspection and verification of documents, and this process is still ongoing.
