Apartment in Khushal Khan Area Handed Over to Its Legitimate Owner

On August 11, 2025, the Directorate of the Inspection of Houses and Properties under the Security of Emirate of the General Directorate of Administrative Affairs handed over an apartment in the Khushal Khan area of Kabul’s Fifth District to its rightful owner in the presence of the neighborhood representative and local security officials, following a comprehensive review of the ownership documents.

Mawlavi Lal Mohammad Burhani, an official at the Directorate of the Inspection of Houses and Properties under the Security of Emirate, said that the apartment had been sealed by the directorate to protect the premises and safeguard the belongings inside. He added that, after reviewing the documents and verifying ownership, the apartment was handed over to the representative of the rightful owner.

Abdul Munir, the legal representative of Mirdad Najrabi, son of Abdul Nabi and the legitimate owner of the apartment, expressed his gratitude to the Directorate of the Inspection of Houses and Properties under the Security of Emirate. He said they were pleased that the directorate’s officials, after reviewing the documents and confirming the ownership, had returned the apartment to them.

It is worth mentioning that the Directorate of the Inspection of Houses and Properties under the Security of Emirate, in coordination with the country’s security institutions, has so far returned more than 200 houses and apartments to their legitimate owners after reviewing and verifying ownership documents, and this process continues.
