Director General of Administrative Affairs: Appointments in Islamic Emirate Made in Light of Islamic Sharia
On August 10, 2025, based on the order of His Highness Amir al-Mu'minin, Haifzahullah Ta'ala, Qari Abdul Wali Siddiqui, former Chairman of Ariana Afghan Airlines, was formally introduced as the new Deputy Minister of Finance and Administration of the Ministry of Public Health, following his earlier appointment.
The ceremony was held in the conference hall of the Ministry of Public Health, with the participation of Director General of Administrative Affairs, Sheikh al-Hadith Mawlavi Noorul Haq Anwar, Minister of Public Health, Mawlavi Noor Jalal Jalali, the newly appointed Deputy Minister of Finance and Administration, Qari Abdul Wali Siddiqui, and several other officials.
During the event, the Director General of Administrative Affairs, Sheikh al-Hadith Mawlavi Noorul Haq Anwar, said, “Appointments within the framework of the Islamic Emirate are carried out in accordance with the principles and directives of Islamic Sharia. This process is based on the criteria of justice, trustworthiness, competence, and the welfare of the Ummah, so that individuals who meet the religious, scientific, and moral standards are chosen for responsibilities.”
He added, “An official must develop within themselves the scientific, moral, and practical abilities needed to perform their duties, for the assigned responsibility is a trust, and Allah Almighty has strongly emphasized fulfilling trusts. Properly carrying out these responsibilities is not only part of one’s religious obligations, but also a means for the welfare of the nation and the strengthening of the Islamic system.”
The meeting began with the recitation of verses from the Holy Quran and concluded with a prayer for goodwill.
