Director General of Administrative Affairs: Service to the People is a Great Responsibility and an Act of Worship

On August 2, 2025, a six-day training program was launched to enhance the capacity of directors, department heads, and provincial experts in monitoring, supervision, and learning of the work processes of the Administrative Reform and Civil Service Authority.

The session was held in the conference hall of the Civil Service Institute of the Administrative Reform and Civil Service Authority, with the presence of Sheikh al-Hadith Mawlavi Noorul Haq Anwar, Director General of Administrative Affairs, along with several other officials.

Sheikh al-Hadith Mawlavi Noorul Haq Anwar stated: “We have a deep ideological and practical bond with the Islamic system, and this is a great honor and blessing for us. This very system has provided the opportunity to serve the people, address their problems, and protect their rights. Serving the people is not merely a duty, but an act of worship and a responsibility in the hereafter.”

The Director General added: “Learning opportunities have been provided for employees under the Islamic system, which is an important opportunity. It should be fully utilized, skills should be enhanced, and this knowledge must be applied in practical life and the field of service. Both knowledge and action are the foundations of progress.”

Sheikh Mohammad Tariq Tawoos, Director of the Administrative Reform and Civil Service Authority, stated: “This training program has been organized with the aim of capacity building, creating a healthy work environment, and preventing delays and obstacles in administrative affairs. We believe that specialization, competence, and coordination are the foundations of institutional progress.”

The meeting, which began with the recitation of verses from the Holy Quran, concluded with a prayer for goodwill.
