Third Cabinet Meeting: Discussions Held on Improved Groundwater Management and Provision of Healthy Water to the People

On July 28, 2025, the third Cabinet meeting of the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan was held under the chairmanship of Al-Haj Mullah Mohammad Hasan Akhund, the Prime Minister of the IEA.

The meeting began with the recitation of verses from the Holy Quran and was followed by discussions and decisions on key economic, social, and cultural matters in the country.

During the meeting, relevant institutions were instructed to consistently focus on improving the management of groundwater in all areas of the country and ensuring the provision of healthy water to the public, and to take necessary measures in this regard.

It is worth mentioning that, following detailed discussions and resolutions on several topics, the cabinet meeting concluded with a prayer for goodwill.
