Meeting Convened to Implement Order of His Highness Amir al-Mu’minin (Hafizahullah Ta’ala)

The Project Coordination Directorate at the General Directorate of Administrative Affairs held a meeting to implement Order No. 696/5248 of His Highness Amir al-Mu’minin (Hafizahullah Ta’ala) regarding the fate of 728 unfinished projects.

The meeting, chaired by Mawlavi Ammar Zamarak Yasir, Director of Project Coordination, was attended by representatives of the Ministry of Urban Development and Housing, the Ministry of Finance, the General Directorate of Supervision and Follow-up of Decrees and Orders, and the National Economy and Infrastructure Directorate of the General Directorate of Administrative Affairs.

Mawlavi Ammar Zamarak Yasir stated that, based on Order No. 696/5248 of His Highness Amir al-Mu’minin (Hafizahullah Ta’ala), the General Directorate of Administrative Affairs was assigned the responsibility to manage the process more effectively. He noted that the purpose of the meeting was to implement the aforementioned order.

Meanwhile, the representatives of the participating institutions shared their views and recommendations in detail. It was decided that an operational implementation plan, in accordance with the capacity and available resources of the Ministry of Urban Development and Housing, shall be prepared in coordination with the Ministry of Finance and the General Directorate of Supervision and Follow-up of Decrees and Orders. After obtaining the approval and endorsement of the relevant authorities, the plan shall be implemented within four months, and its report shall be submitted to the Office of the Prime Minister of the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan.

The meeting began with the recitation of verses from the Holy Quran and concluded with a prayer for goodwill.
