Director of Cultural and Social Affairs Meets Representatives of Medicine Import Companies


On July 23, 2025, Mawlavi Mohammad Rabbani Naseeh, Director of Cultural and Social Affairs of the General Directorate of Administrative Affairs, met with representatives of medicine and medical equipment import companies in order to implement the order of the Prime Minister’s Office.

In this meeting, which was also attended by representatives from the Ministries of Public Health, Finance, and Interior Affairs, as well as the General Directorate of Intelligence and the National Standards Authority, Noor Mohammad Haidari, Deputy Director of Cultural and Social Affairs at the General Directorate of Administrative Affairs, shared information on the topic under discussion.

Representatives of the medicine and medical equipment import companies shared their problems and suggestions during the meeting. Following this, officials from the Ministries of Public Health and Finance expressed their views on resolving existing challenges, easing limitations, and facilitating the import of medicines.

Mawlavi Mohammad Rabbani Naseeh listened to the concerns, views, and suggestions raised by the participants and stated that the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan is committed to finding fundamental solutions to support medicine imports. He also assured the participants that the relevant authorities of the Islamic Emirate will address the existing challenges and issues.

The meeting began with the recitation of the Holy Quran and concluded with a prayer for goodwill.
