Apartment in Eighth District Handed Over to Its Legitimate Owner

On July 21, 2025, the Directorate of Inspection of Houses and Properties under the Security of Emirate, handed over an apartment located in Stanikzai Township, Kart-e-Naw, Eighth District of Kabul City, to the representative of its legitimate owner.

During the handover, Mawlavi Lal Mohammad Burhani, one of the officials of the Directorate of Inspection of Houses and Properties under the Security of Emirate, stated that the apartment had been sealed by the directorate to protect it and safeguard the belongings inside. After a thorough review and confirmation of ownership, it was handed over to the representative of the rightful owner in the presence of the neighborhood representative and local security officials.

Hanzala Stanikzai, on behalf of Wahidullah Nasari, son of Mohammad Arif and the rightful owner of the apartment, expressed appreciation for the full cooperation of the Directorate of Inspection of Houses and Properties under the Security of Emirate.

It is worth mentioning that the Directorate of Inspection of Houses and Properties under the Security of Emirate and in coordination with security institutions, has so far returned dozens of houses and apartments to their rightful owners after verifying ownership documents. This process is ongoing.
