Presentation on Energy Saving Provided to Officials of General Directorate of Administrative Affairs

On July 14, 2025, a meeting was held in the conference hall of the General Directorate of Administrative Affairs under the chairmanship of Mufti Shamsurrahman, Director of National Economy and Infrastructure, with the participation of officials and employees of the General Directorate, as well as energy efficiency experts from the Ministry of Water and Energy.

The meeting began with the recitation of verses from the Holy Quran, followed by Mufti Shamsurrahman sharing essential information with the participants regarding energy conservation, effective practices, and the importance and application of energy-saving methods.

Continuing the meeting, Engineer Siddiqullah Zaland, economic expert from the Ministry of Water and Energy, delivered a detailed presentation covering energy management, conservation of energy resources, environmental protection, the value of energy saving, and relevant strategies. He stated that the goal of the presentation was to raise public awareness and promote the proper use of energy.

It is worth mentioning that, in accordance with Clause 2 of Resolution No. 13 dated 20/9/1445 of the Economic Commission, similar public awareness programs on energy saving have previously been implemented in several ministries by the Ministry of Water and Energy as part of its plan, and these efforts will continue in the future.
