Director General of Administrative Affairs: Education is a fundamental principle for every official

On July 12, 2025, based on the order of His Highness Amir al-Mu’minin (may Allah protect him), a six-day educational seminar focusing on decrees, orders, laws, and administrative correspondence was launched for the chiefs of staff of ministries, institutions, and provincial offices.

The event was held in the conference hall of the Administrative Reform and Civil Service Authority and was attended by the Director General of Administrative Affairs, Sheikh al-Hadith Mawlavi Noorul Haq Anwar, along with the chiefs of staff of provincial offices.

Director General Mawlavi Noorul Haq Anwar stated: “His Highness Amir al-Mu’minin (may Allah protect him) emphasizes that every responsible official must acquire the necessary skills in accordance with the requirements of their duties. Enhancing the capacity of government employees not only accelerates the workflow but also leads to public satisfaction, which is one of the fundamental objectives of the Islamic system.”

He further added: “One of the main goals of the Islamic Emirate is to provide fast, effective, and high-quality services to the people. To achieve this, it is essential that the staff of every institution possess the necessary knowledge, skills, and professional competence so that institutions can effectively fulfill their responsibilities and deliver practical services to the public.”

The first day of the seminar commenced with the recitation of verses from the Holy Quran and concluded with a prayer for goodwill.
