House Handed Over to Its Legitimate Owner

On July 9, 2025, the Directorate of Inspection of Houses and Properties under the Security of Emirate handed over a house located in Kolola Pushta, District 4 of Kabul city, to its rightful owner after a comprehensive review of documents and verification of legal ownership.

Mawlavi Lal Mohammad Burhani, an official of the Directorate of Inspection of Houses and Properties under the Security of Emirate, stated during the handover that the mentioned house had been unlawfully occupied by an unauthorized individual for the past three years.

He added that Mohammad Hashim, son of Mohammad Din, originally from Helmand Province, had submitted a petition along with relevant ownership documents to the Directorate of Inspection of Houses and Properties under the Security of Emirate. After a thorough inspection, the house was handed over today to his representative in the presence of the local community representative (wakil-e-gozar) and security officials of the mentioned area.

Ahmad Javid, son of Abdul Qadir and representative of the rightful owner, expressed his gratitude for the efforts and sincere cooperation of the officials from the Directorate of Inspection of Houses and Properties under the Security of Emirate.

It is worth mentioning that, in coordination with relevant institutions, the Directorate has so far returned dozens of houses and apartments to their rightful owners following the verification of ownership documents, and this process is still ongoing.
