Director General of Administrative Affairs participated in the introductory meeting of the Minister of Urban Development and Housing
On June 30, 2025, Director General of Administrative Affairs, Sheikh al-Hadith Mawlavi Noorul Haq Anwar, participated in the introductory meeting of the new Minister for the Ministry of Urban Development and Housing, Mawlavi Najibullah Hayat Haqqani, alongside the Finance and Administration Deputy of the Afghanistan Telecom Regulatory Authority (ATRA), Mufti Najmuddin Mulakhel, and several other officials.
The meeting, held in the conference hall of the Ministry of Urban Development and Housing, began with the recitation of verses from the Holy Quran.
The Director General of Administrative Affairs stated, "We and you believe that appointments and recruitments are a means of serving the Islamic System. The Islamic system is obligated to uphold the commands of Allah and the rights of the people."
Sheikh al-Hadith Mawlavi Noorul Haq Anwar added, "The purpose of appointments and recruitment is to assign capable individuals to key areas of the system, so that the administration becomes strong, capacity is enhanced, and services are delivered to the people based on Islamic principles."
He further added, "We and you have a shared responsibility to sincerely work for the strengthening of the Islamic System. Responsibility is a trust from the nation, and we must strive to fulfill this trust in the proper way."
The Minister of Urban Development and Housing, Mawlavi Najibullah Hayat Haqqani, stated, "Change and transfer are principles of the Islamic System, which lead to improvement in affairs. We are pleased to be serving in the Islamic System."
The Deputy of ATRA, Mufti Najmuddin Mulakhel, stated, "In the Islamic System, authority and responsibility are granted to capable individuals. The Islamic Emirate is striving to make Afghanistan competitive with neighboring countries."
The meeting concluded with a prayer for goodwill.
