On May 20, 2025, a coordination meeting was held in the conference hall of the General Directorate of Administrative Affairs under the leadership of Mufti Abdul Wahid Usmani, Director of Policy and Strategy of the General Directorate of Administrative Affairs, with the participation of representatives from the Ministry of Industry and Commerce.

At the outset, Mufti Usmani welcomed the participants and stated: "Whenever we take fundamental and strategic steps in any field, there is no doubt that positive outcomes will follow."

Participants then shared their suggestions and perspectives, calling for the removal of non-essential elements and proposing that the new format incorporate the insights of all technical experts. They stressed that this approach would help speed up the process and address the existing challenges more effectively.

The Director of Policy and Strategy listened to the participants’ suggestions and assured them that efforts are underway to develop a policy and strategy format for each ministry that is not overly complicated, avoids excessive detail, and can be easily implemented.

The meeting, which commenced with the recitation of the Holy Quran, ended with a prayer for goodwill.
