Director General of Administrative Affairs: Treat clients properly and ethically, and address their needs

On May 13, 2025, Sheikh al-Hadith Mawlavi Noorul Haq Anwar, Director General of Administrative Affairs, participated in and delivered a speech on the fourth day of a six-day training seminar organized by the Civil Service Institute for provincial and district mayors.
The event is being held in the conference hall of the Civil Service Institute, with the participation of Sheikh al-Hadith Mawlavi Noorul Haq Anwar, Director General of Administrative Affairs; Mawlavi Mohammad Ishaq Akhundzada, General Director for Coordination of Municipal Affairs; Sheikh Mawlavi Mohammad Taoos Tariq, Director of the Administrative Reform and Civil Service Authority; along with mayors from provincial centers and districts.
Sheikh al-Hadith Mawlavi Noorul Haq Anwar stated: “Treat clients sincerely, respectfully, and properly. Pay full attention to their needs and create an atmosphere of trust.” He added that “Being prepared to lawfully and effectively utilize municipal properties, attract investment, and achieve developmental progress is a source of national pride and contributes to the prosperity and well-being of society.”
He further stated: “Humility, sincerity, and good conduct in service are the foundation of our work. Do not consider yourselves above your colleagues; instead, make constructive use of their capabilities so that public trust is strengthened and the foundations of society are further solidified.”
At the end of his speech, Sheikh al-Hadith Mawlavi Noorul Haq Anwar said: “Municipalities must be strengthened in order to develop cities and brighten the country’s future.”
The fourth day of the seminar began with the recitation of the Holy Quran and concluded with a prayer for goodwill.
