On March 4, 2025, the Directorate of Inspection of Houses and Properties Under the Security of the Emirate handed over a house located in the 3rd Macroyan area of Kabul’s 9th district to its rightful owner after thoroughly inspecting its documents.

While overseeing the handover, Mawlavi Lal Mohammad Burhani, an official of the mentioned directorate, stated that the rightful owner of the house had submitted an appeal some time ago to reclaim her house. Following a thorough review of the documents, the house was officially returned to her in the presence of security officials, the wakil-e-gozar (district/neighborhood representative), and officials from the Directorate of Inspection of Houses and Properties Under the Security of the Emirate.

The owner of the house, Qudsiya, daughter of Ali Mohammad, expressed her gratitude to the directorate for facilitating the return of her property.

It is worth mentioning that the Directorate of Inspection of Houses and Properties Under the Security of the Emirate, in coordination with relevant institutions, strives to return properties to their rightful owners. Since the re-establishment of the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan, the directorate has successfully returned dozens of houses to their legitimate owners following proper document verification.
