Director General of Administrative Affairs Participated in the Introduction Meeting of the Academic Deputy Minister of the Ministry of Higher Education
On February 16, 2025, Sheikh-ul-Hadith Mawlavi Noorul Haq Anwar, the Director General of Administrative Affairs, participated in the introduction meeting of the new Academic Deputy Minister of the Ministry of Higher Education.
The meeting took place in the conference hall of the Ministry of Higher Education, with the participation of Sheikh-ul-Hadith Mawlavi Noorul Haq Anwar, Minister of Higher Education Sheikh Neda Mohammad Nadeem, the new Academic Deputy Minister, Sheikh Ziaurrahman Aryoubi, and various other officials.
In his address to the gathering, Sheikh-ul-Hadith Mawlavi Noorul Haq Anwar stated that it is a great blessing and favor from Allah Almighty that Afghans have been granted an Islamic system. He explained that the Islamic system offers both worldly and afterlife benefits, one of which is the appointment process.
He noted that, in the past, appointments were marred by disputes and conflicts, with individuals being appointed for personal or external interests rather than national benefits. However, in the Islamic Emirate, appointments are made with a focus on the system’s and the country’s best interests, free from power, bribery, and pressure. He emphasized that no official in the Islamic Emirate has personal interests, greed, or bias. Rather, responsibilities are entrusted by the leadership, and officials view these roles not as achievements or perfection, but as a trust.
The Director General added that officials of the Islamic Emirate, as they do not seek positions or responsibilities, do not consider themselves superior, capable, self-centered, or arrogant. Instead, they see themselves as humble servants of the nation, consulting with subordinates, listening to their opinions, and valuing their advice, which is a key factor contributing to their success.
Additionally, the Acting Minister of Higher Education and the newly appointed Academic Deputy Minister of Higher Education also delivered speeches during the event.
The event, which began with the recitation of verses from the Holy Quran, concluded with a prayer for goodwill.
