Coordination Meeting Held with Chiefs of Staff of Ministries and Emirate Agencies

On February 12, 2025, a coordination meeting was held regarding the implementation of the order of the esteemed Amirul Momineen Hafidzahullahu Ta'ala concerning the annual results-based plan. The meeting took place in the conference hall of the General Directorate of Administrative Affairs, with the participation of the Chiefs of Staff of ministries, independent agencies, and Emirate-owned companies, under the chairmanship of Mawlavi Mohammad Tawos Tariq, Director of Planning, Evaluation, and Analysis of Emirate Reports at the General Directorate of Administrative Affairs.

In his opening remarks, Mawlavi Tariq expressed his gratitude for the participation of the Chiefs of Staff. He emphasized that ministries and agencies must submit their quarterly reports in accordance with the annual plan and the order of the esteemed Amirul Momineen Hafidzahullahu Ta'ala to the General Directorate of Administrative Affairs, which will then be presented to the office of the esteemed Amirul Momineen Hafidzahullahu Ta'ala.

Mr. Tariq further noted that most ministries and agencies have already implemented their plans. He urged the Chiefs of Staff to submit their implementation reports in accordance with the annual plan and in coordination with their respective leaderships to the General Directorate of Administrative Affairs, ensuring that these reports are properly presented to the esteemed Amirul Momineen Hafidzahullahu Ta'ala.

During the meeting, participants exchanged views on planning, policies, budgeting, and reporting procedures. They also shared their perspectives and suggestions for improving plan implementation and enhancing the reporting process.

Mawlavi Mohammad Tawos Tariq attentively listened to the opinions and suggestions of the Chiefs of Staff. He emphasized the need for further coordination to address existing challenges.

The meeting, which began with the recitation of the Holy Quran, concluded with a prayer for goodwill.
