On February 5, 2025, the Cultural and Social Affairs Director of the General Directorate of Administrative Affairs, Mawlavi Mohammad Rabbani Naseeh, met with ulema, ethnic elders, and youths from Baghlan province to address their concerns and issues.
The meeting, held in the conference hall of the General Directorate of Administrative Affairs, began with a recitation from the Holy Quran. Representatives from Baghlan province expressed their satisfaction with the establishment of the Islamic Emirate and the Islamic system.
