152 Individuals Graduate from Two Educational Programs of the Civil Service Institute
On December 23, 2024, Mufti Shahzad Noor Rashid, Director of Administrative Reforms and Civil Service Authority under the General Directorate of Administrative Affairs, participated in the graduation ceremony of 152 directors, heads, and employees from 17 civil service agencies who completed two educational programs lasting 10 days.
This event, held at the conference hall of the Civil Service Institute of the Administrative Reforms and Civil Service Authority, began with the recitation of the Holy Quran.
Then, Mufti Shahzad Noor Rashid in his address to the graduates, stated that the primary goal of the Administrative Reforms and Civil Service Authority is to strengthen good governance in the country. He emphasized that public satisfaction depends on the efficiency of capable officers, and for this reason, the authority is committed to teaching modern management and leadership techniques to civil service employees.
On behalf of the graduates, Sheikh Abdul Rahman Tayibi, Dean of Kandahar University and a participant in the training course, expressed his gratitude to the leadership of the General Directorate of Administrative Affairs for organizing these training opportunities. He noted that the educational materials provided by the Civil Service Institute were highly effective and requested that such training programs be made accessible to all civil service employees.
It is worth mentioning that in this round of training, 54 participants completed the Leadership Development Training Program, while 98 individuals graduated from the Practical Management Skills Program.
The event concluded with the distribution of certificates to the graduates, followed by a prayer for goodwill.
