Director General of Administrative Affairs: Youths Should Make the Most of Available Opportunities

The Director General of Administrative Affairs, Sheikh-Al-Hadith Mawlavi Noorul Haq Anwar, attended the graduation ceremony of the 14th batch of students from various educational centers under the Technical and Vocational Education and Training Authority in Maidan Wardak Province.

This event, organized by the Technical and Vocational Education and Training Authority of Maidan Wardak Province, was graced by the Director General of Administrative Affairs, Sheikh-Al-Hadith Mawlavi Noorul Haq Anwar, the Director of the Technical and Vocational Education and Training Authority, Mawlavi Ghulam Haidar Shahamat, the Governor of Maidan Wardak, Qari Bakhtyar Maaz, and several other provincial officials.

During his address to the meeting, Sheikh-Al-Hadith Mawlavi Noorul Haq Anwar stated that it is a place of happiness that the youths now have an awareness of knowledge, development, and the prosperity of the country. He added that the Islamic Emirate expects the country’s young academic cadres to free Afghanistan from dependency on foreigners through academic and professional education and to serve in all fields needed by the people.

Sheikh-Al-Hadith Mawlavi Noorul Haq Anwar further stated that every part of the country has suffered and been damaged for years, and now its restoration, construction, and development depend on the youth to join hands and, according to their abilities, make Afghanistan competitive with the world in every aspect, both materially and spiritually.

He added that Allah Almighty has blessed Afghans with a system that has a strong determination to build the country and prioritizes the talent and ability of the youth. According to him, the youth should understand the value of time, knowledge, and health, make good use of the available educational opportunities, and serve the nation with complete sincerity and integrity.

The Governor of Maidan Wardag, the Director of the Technical and Vocational Education and Training Authority, and other provincial officials also attended the event and delivered speeches. At the end, certificates of appreciation were distributed to the graduating students.

This meeting, which began with the recitation of the Holy Quran, concluded with prayers for goodwill.
