On December 8, 2024, a meeting was held to prevent urban congestion and promote urban culture under the chairmanship of Mawlavi Mohammad Ibrahim Wahabzada, Director of the Plan and Design Construction Affairs Directorate of the General Directorate of Administrative Affairs.
The meeting, held in the conference hall of the General Directorate of Administrative Affairs, began with the recitation of verses from the Holy Quran.

Following this, the participants expressed their views, and a comprehensive discussion and exchange of ideas took place regarding the activation of the address system, the installation of GPS in buses, the use of security cameras, signage, the creation of 24-hour markets, and the clearing of sidewalks from carts and obstacles, all aimed at preventing urban congestion and promoting urban culture.
In the end, it was decided that the proposed plan would be submitted to the Council of Ministers after its development and finalization for approval.
The meeting concluded with a prayer for goodwill.
