A House Was Handed Over to Its Rightful Owner
On December 8, 2024, the Directorate of Inspection of Houses and Properties under the Security of the Emirate of the General Directorate of Administrative Affairs, handed over a house located in the Taimani Project, District 4 of Kabul, to its rightful owner in the presence of the wakil-e-gozar (local representative) and officials from the directorate.
Mawlavi Lal Mohammad Burhani, an official from the Directorate of Inspection of Houses and Properties, stated that the house had been usurped by a powerful individual. After verifying the ownership documents, the property was returned to its rightful owner.
Ghulam Safdar, son of Ghulam Mortaza, originally from Parwan Province and the rightful owner of the house, expressed his gratitude to the General Directorate of Administrative Affairs. He stated, "a powerful individual was living in my house. After submitting an appeal to the General Directorate of Administrative Affairs and following their inspection of the documents, the house has been returned to me."
It is worth mentioning that the Directorate of Inspection of Houses and Properties, in coordination with the Ministry of Interior Affairs and the General Directorate of Intelligence, has handed over more than 150 houses to their legitimate owners in Kabul and other provinces after thoroughly investigating their documents.
