A Meeting Was Held Regarding the Handover of Sadar Market and Its Relevant Possession to the Ministry of Finance

On December 8, 2024, a meeting was held under the leadership of Mawlavi Mohammad Taoos Tariq, Director of Plan, Evaluation, and Analysis of Emirate Reports of the General Directorate of Administrative Affairs, with the participation of representatives from the Ministries of Finance, Public Health, Borders, Tribes, and Tribal Affairs, as well as Kabul Municipality to discuss the handover of Sadar Market and its relevant possessions to the Ministry of Finance, based on the order of Esteemed Amirul Momineen Hafidzahullahu Ta'ala.

The meeting, convened in the conference hall of the General Directorate of Administrative Affairs, began with the recitation of verses from the Holy Quran. Then, Mawlavi Mohammad Taoos Tariq welcomed the participants and read the order of the Esteemed Amirul Momineen Hafidzahullahu Ta'ala regarding the handover of the land, and confirmed that the transfer to the Ministry of Finance would proceed in accordance with this directive.

During the meeting, representatives from the relevant agencies expressed their satisfaction with the implementation of the Esteemed Amirul Momineen Hafidzahullahu Ta'ala's directive. They highlighted the vital commercial importance of the land and expressed optimism that its transfer to the Ministry of Finance would allow for effective utilization. It was also decided that goods belonging to the relevant Emirati agencies currently on the premises would be relocated to other locations.

The land, located in the first district of Kabul City, covers a total area of 14,523 square meters. Previously under the possession of the Ministry of Borders, Tribes, and Tribal Affairs, and Kabul Municipality, it has now been transferred to the Ministry of Finance in compliance with the Esteemed Amirul Momineen Hafidzahullahu Ta'ala's directive.

The meeting concluded with a prayer for goodwill.
