Administrative Meeting Convened Under the Chairmanship of the General Director of Administrative Affairs

On November 21, 2024, a meeting was held in the conference hall of the General Directorate of Administrative Affairs, under the chairmanship of Sheikh-al-Hadith Mawlavi Noorul Haq Anwar, the General Director of Administrative Affairs, with the participation of deputies and directors.

The meeting began with the recitation of verses from the Holy Quran. In his address, the General Director emphasized that the progress of a system is not primarily dependent on an increase in personnel but rather on dedication, commitment, and motivation. He highlighted that service requires a distinct mindset and spirit.

He further underscored that duties should be regarded as both a responsibility and a trust, with no room for negligence or laxity. He urged employees to exceed expectations by working beyond scheduled hours, enhancing their capacities, and being mindful of their responsibilities and work directions. He stressed the importance of fully considering realities and needs in the fulfillment of their duties.

During the meeting, several issues and topics related to the administration were discussed, and necessary decisions were made.

The meeting concluded with a prayer for goodwill.
